You will find plenty of local restaurants to choose from but we would recommend the following:
Cisternino - for a truly unique experience, visit the town of Cisternino - first you visit the butchers stall, pick (and pay for) your meat which is sent to be cooked. Then you go to a local restaurant, take a table and pick your side orders, drinks - your meat will arrive as it is cooked.

Santa Sabina - the fish restaurant just beside the tower, serves great fish with pasta.
Take Away - Hotel Sotto le Stelle - between the house and the village of Specchiolla on the left hand side - do an excellent take-away pizza.
